BK102 Error

  1. Access the Device UI, and click the Protect tab.

  2. Click Configure Agent Settings for the agent you wish to repair the communications with.

  3. Scroll down to the Repair Agent Communications, under Advanced section

  4. Click the Repair Agent Communications button.

    The device will take approximately 15 to 20 seconds to repair communications. You will receive a notification in the UI when the process completes.
