Log in to the iDRAC web interface.
Navigate to Overview > Hardware > Fans > Setup or Configuration > System Settings > Hardware Settings > Cooling Configuration.
In the Thermal Profile or Thermal Profile Optimization setting, choose from options "Minimum Power".
Click Apply to save the changes. A system reboot may be recommended to fully apply the new settings.
