assign a created Policy Rule for specific Endpoint Groups on Cortex Portal

 

  • Log in to the Cortex Portal.

  • From the left-hand menu, click Policy Management.

  • Select Policy Rule.

  • Right-click on the policy you want to assign and select Edit.

  • In the policy editor:

    • Make sure the Exception field is configured properly.

  • Click Next to proceed.

  • In the Target selection step:

    • Use filters (such as IP address or Alias) to find the desired Endpoint(s) or Endpoint Group(s).

    • Checkmark the endpoints/groups you want the rule to apply to.

  • Click Next, then Done.

  • Finally, click Save to apply the policy.
