fix the server Time Print

on the server open command prompt as an administrator and type:

w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:"time.google.com,0x1" /syncfromflags:manual /update
net stop w32time
net start w32time
w32tm /resync

and then on all workstations run the command Prompt as an administrator and type:

net time /set
