Type DISM /online /Get-CurrentEdition to find out the current Edition of the Windows Server
Type DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:00000-00000-00000-00000-00000 /AcceptEula to change the Evaluation Edition to Standard Edition
