Network Issue: Valid IP but No Ping Response Print

If your computer has a valid IP address but you are unable to ping any IP address (including the default gateway) and receive a “General Failure” error, please follow these steps:

1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
2. Run the following command:
   netsh winsock reset
3. Restart your computer.
