1. Start Installation: Begin the Windows 11 setup process as normal.
2. Open Command Prompt: When you reach the network connection screen, press Shift + F10 (or Fn + Shift + F10 on some laptops).
3. Run Bypass Command: Type oobe\bypassnro and press Enter.
4. Restart & Disconnect: The computer will automatically restart. Ensure you are not connected to the internet (unplug ethernet or turn off Wi-Fi).
5. Skip Internet: On the "Let's connect you to a network" screen, click I don't have internet.
6. Limited Setup: Select Continue with limited setup.
7. Create Local Account: Enter a name for your local account, set a password (optional), and finish the setup.
