step 1: login as admin
step2: go to CMD as administrator
step3: run this command : dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
step4: go to the windows account setting and remove all assigned email account
step5: restart the computer
step6: open word and login with the account that you have license from Microsoft
step7: open outlook and add your email account
