To initiate a 3-way conference call (you + 2 others):

Call the first participant:

Dial the number or extension.

Wait for them to answer.
Press the
Conf soft key (bottom of the screen):-
This places the first caller on hold.
Dial the second participant’s number:
-
Wait for them to answer.
Press
Conf again:-
Now all three parties are connected in a conference call.
