Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Download the App
2. Set Up the App:
- On first launch, select your Region and tap Agree to the terms.
- You can either sign in / create an account (recommended for remote access) or continue as guest if you only need local access.
3. Add Your Cameras
- Tap the “Device” icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the “+” icon in the upper-right corner to add a device.
- Choose one of the following methods, depending on your setup:
- Scan QR Code: Recommended for NVRs or IP cameras with a visible QR sticker.
- Tap “SN / Scan QR Code.”
- Scan the QR code from the NVR or camera label/screen.
- Enter the login credentials (default user: admin) and tap Save.
- Add by IP/Domain:
- Select “IP/Domain.”
- Enter the camera’s or NVR’s IP address (for example, 192.168.1.108), port (typically 37777), username, and password.
- Tap Save.
4. Verify Connection
- Once added, tap your camera or NVR name to view the live feed.
- Ensure that video streams load correctly; you can switch between channels and adjust the view layout.
5. Optional Settings
- To receive motion alerts, go to Me → Message Settings → Enable Notifications.
- For remote access outside your clinic network, make sure P2P (cloud access) is enabled on your NVR under Network → P2P → Enable.
