TAS1, TAS2, TAS3, and TAS4 are the database names that you do not want to back up.
- Using a text editor, create a batch file named
Sqlbackup.bat
, and then copy the appropriate text from one of the following examples into the file based on your scenario:
Full Backup :

Differential backup :

- Schedule a task in Windows Task Scheduler to execute the
"Sqlbackup.bat"
file. - create another batch file that removes old backup files from the network path and moves the new backup files to that location.

- Use Windows Task Scheduler to schedule a job that executes this batch file as well.
